Josef (Also known as Yossi) is a dedicated professional who has spent his life helping people overcome emotional turmoil and difficulties.
With a rich background of living in diverse cultural environments such as India, China, New York, and the Middle East, Josef integrates global philosophical ideas into his unique approach to counseling and psychotherapy.
Josef is the founder of Mindful Reactions, where he blends Stoicism and Daoism with modern therapeutic techniques to provide a holistic and effective counselling experience. He uses humor and acceptance to help clients understand that their feelings and behaviors are normal, fostering a supportive and judgment-free environment for personal growth.
Josef's approach to counseling and psychotherapy is grounded in the belief that while we cannot control what happens to us, we have complete control over how we respond. His sessions are infused with humor, acceptance, and practical wisdom, creating a supportive environment for clients to explore, heal, and grow.

Growing up, Josef faced his own share of emotional challenges, which sparked his passion for helping others navigate their difficulties. His personal experiences with pain, fear, and sadness led him to explore various ways to overcome these challenges. Philosophy became a significant influence in his life, providing profound insights that he later integrated with modern therapeutic models.
Josef's journey took him around the world, immersing himself in different cultures and philosophical teachings. He spent two years in India, time in China, lived in New York, and many years in the Middle East. These experiences enriched his understanding and approach to therapy, making it more holistic and inclusive.
