NDIS Support Services
At Mindful Reactions, we offer therapeutic and community-based support for NDIS participants who are ready to build emotional resilience, strengthen life skills, and move toward greater independence and connection. We work with both self-managed and plan-managed participants, and we're in the process of preparing to support NDIA-managed participants in the near future.
How We Can Support You
We offer a flexible, person-centered approach that includes:
Counselling & Emotional Support
Helping participants manage anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, and emotional challenges.
What this can look like:

Weekly counselling to work through anxiety, past trauma, or grief

Supporting someone who feels isolated and wants to understand themselves better

Helping a participant build emotional regulation tools and confidence
-
Providing strategies for managing conflict, stress, or overwhelm

Life Skills & Personal Development
Coaching, mentoring, and guidance to help build essential life and social skills.
What this can look like:

Supporting a young adult to develop daily routines and motivation

Helping a participant plan and take steps toward personal goals

Building independence by working on time management or organization
