Anxiety Counselling for All Ages

  • Anxiety is at the center of our focus here at Mindful Reactions.
    From everyday worry to overwhelming panic, we support children, teens, and adults through the many ways anxiety can show up. Whether it’s school refusal in a child, social anxiety in a teenager, or constant overthinking in adulthood, we offer calm, compassionate counselling to help you feel more at ease — and more in control.

    We work with children as young as seven who are experiencing anxiety in many forms. Whether it's school refusal, separation anxiety, social anxiety, or bedtime fears, we offer gentle, age-appropriate counselling that helps kids feel safe, heard, and supported. Sessions are tailored to their stage of development and involve practical tools to help them manage big feelings in a healthy way.

    We offer a calm, non-judgmental environment where you can talk openly about your anxiety and what it’s been like to live with it.
    If coming into the clinic doesn’t feel right for you or your child, we also offer online counselling sessions — so you can access support from the comfort and privacy of home.

    We explore where your anxiety comes from, how it’s affecting your life now, and what can be done to ease it — without shame or pressure.
